Bronwyn Scrivens began her brokerage career five years ago, choosing immediately to specialize in Industrial Sales and Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton after a gaining additional experience working as a commercial real estate lender. Bronwyn has consistently been appointed by national, international and local Tenants and Landlords as an exclusive agent to locate properties, complete lease and sale transactions and market vacancies. She began her education at the University of Alberta School of Business where she studied for two years before completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University. While at Cornell, she studied Hospitality and Facilities Management, with an emphasis on her Major in Commercial Real Estate. Bronwyn also began obtaining her Certificate in Real Estate Development through New York University at this time, and recently completed the NAIOP Advanced Certificate of Commercial Real Estate Development. This education combined with her experience and relationships in Alberta have allowed her to understand a diversity of transactions and successfully provide for her clients’ needs.
Bronwyn sits on the NAIOP Edmonton Board of Directors, as well as is the Chair of the NAIOP Edmonton Developing Leaders Committee, one of the premiere commercial real estate organizations across North America. Furthermore, she assists internationally on two Committees with NAIOP Corporate: CRE.Converge 2020 Advisory Group and the Education Advisory Group. In June 2018, she was honoured to be chosen as one of 10 leaders from across North America for the inaugural NAIOP and Prologis Diversity in Commercial Real Estate Award. In May 2019, she was also nominated for the Canadian Outstanding Young Leader in Commercial Real Estate Award through the Canadian Real Estate Forums network with the final selection occurring in Toronto in December 2019. She has also received the Achiever’s award for Associate production at Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton the past two years.
